About the Role

This role is focused on direct revenue contribution and customer interaction. It is designed for individuals who want to experience how sales actually works in a startup environment, beyond theory. This is an on-site role, requiring active involvement in conversations, follow-ups, and deal closures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and leads generated through various channels
• Communicate product value clearly and confidently
• Support the sales process from initial interaction to closure
• Maintain follow-ups and track conversion progress
• Work closely with the internal team to align on targets and performance

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably final-year students or recent graduates available for on-site work (3 months)
• Are from Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi only
• Have relevant skills and interests

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development, even informal (fundraising for a college fest counts)
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Basic understanding of how a small food business runs
• Own transport or easy local mobility to visit businesses in person
