This is an on-site role, requiring active involvement in conversations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers and leads generated through various channels
- Communicate product value clearly and confidently
- Support the sales process from initial interaction to closure
- Maintain follow-ups and track conversion progress
- Work closely with the internal team to align on targets and performance
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling conversations and building trust
- Willingness to take initiative and work in a target-driven environment
- Preferably final-year students or recent graduates available for on-site work
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Comfort with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Track record of hitting targets in any structured environment
